Meeting Rooms can be booked per daypart: morning, afternoon, evening or in combination. The larger Forum Rooms offer you the possibility to choose your own set-up. On the other hand the Board Rooms are smaller meeting rooms in a fixed set-up and can accommodate up to 18 people.
